By booking an appointment or purchasing a grillz product from Lui Martine & Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to make the purchasing and appointment process clear for every customer.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All grillz sales are final. Once a grillz order has been completed and the grillz have been sold or delivered, no refunds will be provided.

Please carefully review your selected options and make sure you understand your order before completing your purchase.

2. COSMETIC PURPOSES ONLY

Lui Martine & Co. grillz are cosmetic jewelry products intended for appearance and style purposes only. Our grillz are not dental hygiene products, dental treatments, or medical devices. Grillz should not be used as a replacement for proper dental care, professional dental treatment, or regular oral hygiene.

3. APPOINTMENTS

Customers are required to book an appointment before beginning the custom grillz process. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointment availability may vary based on our current schedule and workload. If you need to reschedule, please contact Lui Martine & Co. as soon as possible.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom grillz are created based on the customer's selected options, specifications, and fitting information provided during the appointment process. Because custom pieces are made specifically for each customer, customers are responsible for confirming that their selected material, tooth configuration, and other order details are correct before the order is finalized.

5. FIT & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following all instructions provided during the fitting and custom-order process. Individual fit and comfort may vary from person to person. If you have existing dental concerns, oral health concerns, or questions about whether grillz are appropriate for you, consult a qualified dental professional before purchasing or wearing grillz.

6. CARE & USE

Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their grillz after receiving them. Lui Martine & Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, improper storage, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices and available grillz options are subject to change without notice.

Lui Martine & Co. reserves the right to update pricing, services, materials, availability, and appointment times when necessary.

8. EVENTS & POP-UP SHOPS

Event dates, times, locations, and availability may change.

Customers should check the latest information provided by Lui Martine & Co. before attending an event or pop-up shop.

9. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment, placing an order, or purchasing a grillz product from Lui Martine & Co., you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You understand that all sales are final.
You understand that no refunds are provided after grillz are sold.
You understand that grillz are strictly for cosmetic purposes.
You understand that grillz are not dental hygiene products, dental treatments, or medical devices.
You agree to follow the applicable appointment, fitting, care, and purchase requirements.
